My bridesmaid, Kate (who is about to be deployed to Iraq), just sent in her cd with the wedding pictures on it. Reason #526 to send cds out for people to return to you: it extends the invitation to share photos indefinitely. I'm still waiting on a couple of those cds that are bound to show up...Craig...Sean...
Anyway, going through Kate's photos was super fun because she had a bunch that nobody else had. For example...

Necessary random hat pictures that everyone seems to have

Photos from the Rehearsal where I don't look like a walrus

i love all these faces

Oliver should have just walked down the aisle with us on the big day

i hate how tense i look, but i love how many faces made it into this shot

Jed is telling me that everything is under control and he'll make sure
everyone gets down the aisle the way they are supposed to. Do you see
how much love and gratitude is there on my face? For those of you who
don't know me, that's maxed out. That's, "I owe you an unborn child."

best pic of the hoodies!

Morning of the Wedding

best morning pic of Kyle from anyone. better than professional
pictures morning pics. i want to point to this photo and go, "there,
that's what Kyle looked like before we got married." Any Disney
fans notice the shirt?

Only photo of mom and me in our hoodies
And now, for the best of the best...

I heart this photo. I heart is so hard. You want to know why? Because this is SO ME two hours before we got married. Disney PJ bottoms, bride hoodie, clutching table numbers, and barking orders at my bridesmaids. Do you see what I'm doing here? I'm slowly going over the table chart so that they know what to do. The audience that sits before me includes one law degree, three college degrees, and an officer in the U.S. Army, but I was convinced that they needed the step by step instructions along with the map and the written instructions. If I could have sent them with a video, I would have.
And the hair...my GOD the hair! This is before I had her fix and flatten the top and I am so incredibly grateful that she did, because it was SO NOT a moment of bridal panic that made me think I looked liked Pageant Day Barbie. That hair is a full five-six inches up off of my head. There's even a peak on top!
Brides who seek guidance, look upon this picture and be afraid! You too may face conehead hair if you fail to communicate effectively with your stylist, no matter how detailed you've made your table charts!
