The great thing about welcome dinners is that they can take pretty much any form you wish, as long as they include the whole group. You can have dinner in a private room at a restaurant, such as the California Grill or you can invite your guests to join you at a Disney event, like the luau at the Polynesian. You can do a lakeside dinner at Epcot's World Showcase, like Heidi and Tom did, or you can keep it in house and hold a welcome party in your resort suite, like this beautiful welcome from Cassie and JB...

Beautiful! What a unique, intimate idea for a small welcome party!
I love this idea! It's so easy for guests to feel "lost in the shuffle" but something intimate like this is perfect!
Wow! It all looks so cute!
AMAZING! What a fantastic idea. I need to have another wedding LOL. This suite looks amazing. Wish I thought of this!
Freakin Gorgeous!
I know how hard it can be to find a private area at a restaurant for a get-together, so this is a great idea! I love all of the touches and I'm sure whoever got invited had a wonderful time.
wow this amazing, I am really considering something like this... Except at the Boardwalk because thats the main hotel for my guests.. Is there any way I can get an idea for costs to do something like this?? I will def contact michelle my wedding planner ASAP.
I think this is adorable, but the chocolate fondu totally should've been white chocolate dyed pink.
