Ok, I honestly don't know how to introduce this spotlight. I feel like saying that this is the "world's most amazing wedding ever in the history of everything" is overdoing it, but then I look at the videos and...*sigh*...

I had the honor to do the hair & makeup for this wedding. And it was surely an honor to attend. Tara, Fairytale Hair and Makeup

Wow. Just...wow.

Is it weird that after thinking how much I wish that was my wedding, I can't help but wonder how much all of that cost. Infact, I don't think I want to know. It might ruin the gorgeousness of it all!

I think you said it perfectly with your facebook post. "We've got a serious contender for Best of 2010!"

I added you in Tara. Sorry I missed you the first time around! You did a wonderful job!!!

Turns out that this was a 2009 wedding! I'm not sure how I missed the pics until now. Luckily, Brettainy found me on Facebook or I never would have seen them!

Ok, sorry for this, I initially posted this but got timed out on the first post.

I'm the groom of this wedding, I don't have facebook, Brettainy does though,

This wedding was absolutely amazing those are the words I tell everyone when the ask anything about it Initally.

There's a couple of points that made this happen. First, my wife Brettainy, who is my best friend and puts up with me.

Secondly, my family and Brettainy's family who helped put this wedding on, never any questioning and if you're a Disney wedding couple you know about all the questions you can get from everyone about being married in Disneyland.

Thirdly, Traci Bannister, she is absolutely the most amazing person. This wedding all started one day as a nonchalant chat in Disneyland at Disneyland Fairytale Weddings. She really made the both of us feel very special and we just knew that she would make everything perfect. In the end she did, we recommend her to anyone wanted to have a Disneyland wedding. Keep in mind we are from Canada and most of this was done via email and phone and we only had one instance where we came out to see anything. That one day was great, they made us feel special but all that aside it was mostly long distance and Traci made it work.

I want to also thank Tara from Fairytale Hair and Makeup I know Brettainy was very happy to have her involved and she did a great job.

Most people ask the question "how much did this cost" instead of the question "did you have fun and enjoy yourself" I usually correct them and say we had the most amazing time and nothing could replace this.

ahh this just warms my heart! :D Because of the message boards and Twitter, I am now friends with Brett and Tara...and well, Traci was our wedding planner, as well, so, of course, she's family, too! My only wish is that Brett and I were friends *before* her big day, so I could've experienced this gorgeousness!!! ;-) We're all just gonna have to do vow renewals in several years!

LOVE YOU GIRLS!!!

Very cool! I always wondered what happened to Brett and I'm so glad to see that everything was as magical as her and Kyle hoped. Congratulations!

I had the absolute pleasure of being a bridesmaid in Brettainy’s Disneyland wedding. I have been best friends with Brett since I was 8 years old. Since age 8, Brett has always been in love with Disney and Disney princesses. Then when she met Kyle and they went to Disneyland together and he fell in love with it too, I knew it was more than meant to be! So when I say this was Brettainy’s dream wedding, you could say it has been a long time coming.

When she first told me that her wedding was going to be in Disneyland, the first thing I asked was “Which Disney princess do I get to be?”. But then she started showing me all the decorations and the theme and I slowly saw it all come together into something so much more than I could have ever imagined. In the end, I was absolutely thrilled and in utter amazement of the results. This was all due to hard work put in by Brett, Kyle, both of their wonderful families and of course, Traci Banister, who was always on top of everything and was a great delight.

If you knew how much this wedding meant to her and how much love is infused in her and Kyle’s relationship, you would have experienced the chills that I did when they both said “I do” in front of the Disney castle. I actually screamed out loud when fireworks went off, it was such an exciting moment (this is captured in one of Rene’s lovely photographs, see above!).

I will forever remember this wedding, not only because Kyle and Brett are so special to me but because of the amazing memories it gave me. Getting ready with the Bride and getting perfect hair done by Tara, laughing with all the girls, getting our bridesmaid photoshoot done by Rene, riding a gorgeous carousel, at night, in a beautiful purple bridesmaid dress, the castle curtain opening, sipping Disney champagne, getting bussed to see the amazing table settings and the crazy MJ-inspired dance floor and then dancing on it all night with my best friend, celebrating with friends and family. The surprises never ended that night and I don’t think I will ever experience any event like it again. For this, I am so thankful and I wish all the best to this amazing couple. I love you Kyle and Brett.
