Do not order thru Janemabridal! Absolutely HORRIBLE quality, customer service, & business ethics displayed by Janemabridal! Finally got our dresses, LATE, and they were supposed to be gray but came in PURPLE! Contacted May and she said she knew they made the wrong color but just sent them anyway without telling us. Then she told us to just use them cause it's a much "prettier color than gray." Even though there was NO purple in our wedding theme at all. So we had the girls try them on anyway, 2 didn't even have the zippers started so they could not zip at all, then the bust area had coned stuffing making the bridesmaids look like Madonna in the 80's. It usually takes at least 3 DAYS for any response despite their so called "24/7 customer service available" displayed on the site. Had to spend a TON more money going with other dresses and getting them rush made/delivered and May will not give us a refund! Save you time and money (and stress) and go with anyone else!!!!!
