Notes: We did a custom menu for our reception. I would highly recommend it. We were inspired by our favorite Disney foods, and went from there. Cocktail hour: cheese and dried fruit display, bagel chip and lox display. Main course: smoked turkey legs (loren’s favorite Disney food) with collard greens, shrimp and pork egg rolls (Yvette’s favorite- in MK), nacho bar (because we associate nachos with having fun), pasta action station (crowd pleaser and vegetarian), crepe action station = yum, and falafel (vegetarian and delicious). For the dessert party, we did the childhood memories, with a couple substitutions. Our schedule worked out really well because it gave people the opportunity to have fun doing whatever they wanted during the middle of the day. Loren and I went back to EPCOT, with several members of our bridal party, to play that afternoon. I wore a wedding inspired- but not wedding- dress so that I could go in the park. The rest of our guests went to other parks, the pool, downtown Disney, or just took naps. And then Illuminations was an amazing way to spend the night.

I am absolutely in love with this bride's bouquet!!! I totally want that bouquet! I just wish I could find a larger closer picture of it, cause those are my exact colors as well. Sooo gorgeous!
I love the rest of the pictures as well, the couple looks completely adorable and in love. :-D I love the cute cake too!
Thanks Shelby! It was an amazing day. Let me know if there's somewhere you want me to send a close-up of the flowers :) Laura Kidd did a great job on them
What a really neat wedding! Loved that you all did variations of your favorite Disney park foods for your reception. Also, love the idea of having a break mid day to enjoy the parks and then do a dessert party at Illuminations!! Do you by chance have a trip report and or more photos?
